At VION, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for easy returns and exchanges. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar mailer, ensuring all original designer tags are still attached.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
